We have most items in stock and will ship within 1-2 business days, you should receive your order in 3-7 business days for ground shipping. Some items may require 3-4 days to prepare for shipment, and you should receive your order in 4-7 business days for ground shipping. Any item that requires additional processing time will be noted in the item's detail page under "availability", or when you view your order status it may be shown as "Back Order". No order will take more than 3-4 business days to ship, even if an item is back ordered.

No, we do not have any minimum order requirements. But we do offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50.00.

1. The best way is to place your order directly through this website and our Secure Online Shopping Cart. You can search or browse our inventory and you will find an Add To Cart button by each item.
2. You may place your order by phone by calling 877-777-8421. However, Using our online shopping cart is the fastest and most accurate way because it is automated. Calling in orders requires manual entry into our computer system, adding at least 2 extra steps, and as is always the case with human data entry, increasing the chance of errors or omissions.

Will I be charged different prices for items ordered by phone, then for items ordered online? Back to Top
No. Prices remain the same regardless of how they are ordered.

Will I get my order faster if I call it in? Back to Top

You can pay for online orders using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal. If you don't have a credit card, we accept business or personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and bank checks/drafts. You may pay for your order using our secure checkout or we also offer checkout via PayPal and Google. IMPORTANT NOTE: Business or personal checks, cashier's checks, and bank checks/drafts may take up to 7 days to clear. This will depend on your location, your bank, and the cooperation we receive from your bank. We do not process or ship orders until the payment has cleared.

We ship most orders via Fedex or UPS ground service, or USPS Priority Mail for smaller size orders. During checkout you can choose from various shipping methods if you have a preference.

How is shipping and handling calculated? Back to Top
We do not charge shipping or handling for orders over $50 that are shipped ground to addresses in the 48 Continental United States. For orders under $50 a handling charge may be included in the shipping charges quoted. Please see our Shipping Policy Page for other shipping options.

Can you charge my UPS/Fedex/ DHL account for shipping? Back to Top

Do you ship outside of the Continental United States or to other countries? Back to Top
Yes, but our Free Shipping policy does not apply to those areas. You will be required to pay for shipping. We ship internationally to Canada through USPS or Fedex, all other countries must use Bongo. Please see our Shipping Policy Page, or email us for a quote.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska? Back to Top
Yes, we can ship most product

Not at this time. You can use an International Shipping Forwarding company to have orders shipped outside the U.S.

How do I place an online order for special or overnight shipping?
During checkout you will be offered various shipping methods, as well as our Free Ground Shipping (for orders over $50.00).

We only charge sales tax for orders shipped to addresses in California.

Most of our products are Made in the USA by leading manufacturers like Vista Lighting, Kichler, Advantage Lighting, and others.

Many of our products are covered under the manufacturer's warranties, any defective item may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Can I pick up my order in person (WILL CALL)? Back to Top
Yes, you can pick up your order at our warehouse located in San Fernando, California, just call our toll-free number after check out and you will be given WILL CALL instructions.

How soon do I have to report any problems with an order I received if I have damaged or missing items? Back to Top
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and call us at 877-777-8421 to report any errors.

Can I return a product in which I have opened the box?Back to Top
Yes, but any returned product must be in the original, undamaged box (if it was received in one).

Can I cancel my order? Back to Top
Yes. A full refund will be applied to your account unless the product has already been shipped, in which case you may return it and we will issue a full refund upon receipt.
