Browsing: You can browse our inventory by clicking on a Category in the left side column or in the center section of the home page. Once you have located the item you want you can add it to your "Shopping Cart" by entering a quantity in the Qty box and clicking the “Add To Cart” button. Some items require you to enter specific information prior to adding an item to the cart, information such as Finish, Lamp Type, etc. Once you have specified all required information, the item will be added to your cart. Don’t worry if you are unsure of something, you can always change quantities or remove items from your cart later prior to checking out.
Product Finder: Located in the left side column, use this powerful tool to find just the fixture you want, or see all the fixtures in a certain style or finish. Use the convenient pull down menus to narrow down your search in any way you wish. It is best to start with the top pull down menu and work your way down. Choose "Vista" from the first pull down menu and the system will display all of the fixtures available from that manufacturer. You could look through all of these one page at a time, but a better way is to choose the type of fixture from the second pull down menu. Choose "Area Lights" and the system will now display all of the Vista Area Light Fixtures available. You can refine your search even further by selecting "Finish" from the bottom pull down menu. Make a choice from all 3 pull down menus to choose a specific fixture, or just from one pull down menu to see all the fixtures that match that choice. For example, Choosing "Bronze" from the Finish menu will display a list of all fixtures from any manufacturer that is available in bronze. This is a very powerful tool for finding just the fixture you need.
Search Our Products: Located at the top of the page, you can use this convenient search box to search by:
Keyword (Which searches our product titles and descriptions)
Part Number
Manufacturer or Brand name
Style Type (Path, Spot, Flood, etc.)
Part Number Search: Enter a part number into the search box at the top of the page to go directly to the fixture you need.
Shopping Cart: After you add an item to the your shopping cart, click the “Continue Shopping” button to return to the previous page. As you add items to your cart you will see the Shopping Cart Summary updated at the top of the page. This tells you at a glance how many items you have selected and the total cost of the items. You can click on the View Shopping Cart link at any time to return to the cart and begin the checkout process. You can change quantities or add/remove items in your cart as much as you like. Once you have finished adding items to your cart you can begin the checkout process by clicking the “Checkout Now” button.
Reorders: Our website saves a complete history of your previous orders, which makes reordering easy. You can view your history by logging into your account and going to the "One Touch Reorder" section. You can view your history by order or by products, and use the convenient "reorder" buttons to add items to your cart.
Checkout: To complete your purchase you must enter you contact information by signing up as a customer of 12VoltOutdoorLighting.com. This is a quick and easy process that you only need to go through the first time you place an order with us. You will be prompted to enter your name, address, phone number, shipping address and other information necessary to process your order. Your privacy is very important to us so we will never share your personal information or email address with anyone. Once you have completed the sign up process you will receive a confirmation email that includes your login name and password. You do not need to login to shop or search our inventory, but by logging in you will have access to your previous order history. And when you go through the checkout process the next time, all of your information will be pre filled for you, saving you valuable time.
