Hadco Lighting

Hadco Outdoor Lights offer the greatest versatility with many fixture combinations for every landscape lighting application. High performance halogen lamps, which are available in many styles, produce greater light output and last longer than conventional incandescent light bulbs. Low voltage lighting transformers include a multi-tap voltage option that allows for easy adjustment of the voltage output to compensate for voltage drop in longer wiring runs. Hado Lighting fixture housings are constructed using the most durable materials, including cast aluminum, fiberglass/plastic composites, stainless steel, copper, cast bronze and die-cast brass. All painted finishes done by Hadco Lighting are applied through a special five stage powdercoat process. This baked on finish allows Hadco Lighting fixtures to retain their beautiful appearance for many years.
Hadco Lighting is one of the innovators in the emerging field of LED (light emitting diode) technology. An LED is a diode that is chip-mounted in a reflector cup and held in place with a steel frame connected to a pair of wires. When current flows across the juction of the two different materials, light is produced by the solid crystal chip. Hadco Outdoor Lights use bright white LEDs as a standard. These were developed by coating a blue LED with a phosporous coating which generates a white light color. LED lights last up to 20 times longer than standard incandescent bulbs, which means less maintenance. LEDs are solid state devices, which means there are no moving parts, glass, or filaments to break. LEDs do not waste energy by making non light producing heat, which makes them cooler and lighting fixtures and lenses remain cool to the touch. LEDs are small and resistant to shock or vibration. LEDs do not contain mercury and are environmentally friendly, using up to 80% less energy than other light sources.
Hadco LED Outdoor Lights are availabe for applications including accent and path lighting, step lighting, inground lights, and underwater lighting.
